We asked our Employees what they wanted from a Superannuation Fund and based on their feedback, we went to tender and our Policy Committee (comprising Employee and Employer Representatives) chose MLC MasterKey Business Super and Moore Stephens.

Financial Planning Advice

Moore Stephens are a reputable Chartered Accounting and Financial Advisory Firm who have been working with our Business for a number of years. Their Representatives are very proactive and will meet with Employees (and ideally their partner) to help them with:

Full Financial Plans – at a heavily subsidised rate of $440 and this can be paid from an Employee’s Superannuation balance, so no cash outlay!

Partial Financial Plans – with the focus on Superannuation and Insurance

This is a fabulous benefit as evidenced by the uptake – with over 30% of
Employees having a Full or Partial Financial Plan.

Employee Assistance Program

The OSA Group provides short term counselling support for Employees and their immediate Family Members and can assist with personal and professional issues.

This service is:

Provided by professionally qualified psychologists or social workers
Totally confidential and free
Easily accessible

And those using the service do not need a referral.

Capture the Spirit

Spirit is an overarching Employee Recognition Program to celebrate 5 year service milestones and the outstanding contributions of individuals and Teams.

Under the Program, Employees who are recognised will receive a Rewards Card that can be used in many retail outlets–with the dollar amount dependent on the milestone / achievement.

We are very excited about the Spirit Program because it will enable us to recognise those special Employees who embody and exemplify the spirit of our Company.

The Employee Referral Program

The Employee Referral Program (ERP) is an opportunity for Employees to receive $1,000 (less super and tax) for encouraging candidates to apply for positions with our business.

The Scheme was introduced in 2007 and is working very well for us – in that a significant number of candidates are referrals!
