COVID National Update
In an ever-changing environment, Lawrence and Hanson are committed to continuing to operate safely and on the advice of local and federal government to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and customers.
We will continue to provide you with clear safety guidelines in-store and encourage physical distancing where possible. Our branches are cleaned multiple times a day as well as sanitizer at every counter to ensure we continue to service our customers in a sanitized environment.
Is our trading hours different? No, our branch network will continue to operate to support your business whenever and wherever you need us. As an essential service, we understand the importance of the work you do and ours to continue to operate where it’s safe and possible to do so. At this stage, there is no change to our normal trading hours, but we will advise locally should any changes become necessary.
We would also recommend to use our eBranch online ordering platform for deliveries or click and collect, that also attracts 50% more Sparky Plus points by ordering online alternatively, you can call or email the branch to have your order ready for you and reduce time in the branch. As most know, Victoria is currently in Stage 4 restrictions and encourage all Victorians to stay informed with updates as they occur here.
We have been preparing our stocks to ensure we are well covered in the event of any issue locally or state-wide. We also have excellent communication and supply with our key vendors that reduce the likelihood of any stock issues moving forward. It’s important everyone remain vigilant and continue to follow the Government’s advice as it’s communicated.
